In the Zing model, the creator owns three things that Web2 platforms have always kept for themselves: the content itself (stored permanently on Walrus, immovable and uncensorable), the audience relationship (member data is on-chain, portable, not locked in any platform), and the revenue stream (fans pay in USDC directly, no intermediary taking 30% and exchange friction).
